RGC Construction is a general contractor based in Eagle River, Alaska, built to be the one call homeowners, property managers, and businesses make for site work through finish work.
RGC Construction was built on job sites. Before our name was on a truck, our team worked in the field across the trades and in multiple state unions — learning the trades, building the skills, and learning the ground, the weather, and what it takes to finish a job right up here.
Based in Eagle River, we work across Alaska, from Anchorage and the Mat-Su to the Kenai Peninsula and Fairbanks. Every job starts with a written estimate and an honest scope. We don't shut down when the snow flies. Winter is half the year here, and we work through it.
Our team has worked across the trades, and our own crews and equipment self-perform the work — from excavation, grading, and drainage to framing, finish work, and repairs.
As the general contractor, we bring in, schedule, and manage every subcontractor — concrete, mechanical, electrical, finishes — with one contract and one point of contact.
